Teaching

Teaching Summary

The main issues that were discussed include:

·                     Teaching is not telling,and listening is not learning, the teacher must teach for understanding  using the suitable pedagogy .So teacher need to design the effective effective environment and give the support and scaffolding for student.  

·                     Teaching is more than a set of activities, the effective teacher choose the suitable pedagogy for teaching in consider the context and the time through experience. and he reflects his practice and take an action to solve his problem to improve the teaching.

·                     The ideal teacher who understand the learner's characterized  and the factors that influence on teaching and learning, and he understand how student learn, Teacher should adopt with new condition in teaching and adjust their practices to create strong and meaningful for learning and teaching that highlight of the real meaning of pedagogy.

·                     Teaching is a complex and problematic, it is not easy ,because there are many factors effect on teaching and learning and it may differ from one context to another. 

·                     Teacher who teach for understanding develop their skills and professional knowledge, Professional Learning is characterized by the reflection of teacher’s practice and the new constructing of teaching and learning without support and encouragement . this way develop the skills for teachers and skills in strengthening  the relation between the teaching and learning .

·                     Teachers need a special language to share the idea for teaching and learning which is PCK.
